I keep coming back to this amazing hotel because of its helpful staff and great amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. They even printed some important documents for me once. Can't wait to stay here again for New Year!

The hotel was situated on a vibrant street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro and bus stations were also within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered was enjoyable. I had a pleasant stay at Era Palace and would recommend it.

I got great value for my money at Era Palace. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location was convenient, and despite being on a busy road, my room was peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, offering a wider variety of options would be great.
